Tank Body

• Cylindrical cross-section design compliant with EN 14025 design standard,

• One external bulge at front and rear, internal bulges/baffles compliant with EN 14025 according to selected compartment number,

• ISO 3834 Certified welded manufacturing quality,

• Manufactured in cylindrical body structure with longitudinal seamless, one-piece plates and longest weld seam technology with minimal joint (T) points, safe, smooth and flawless surface, unique body structure,

• Using continuous high-performance robotic welding technology, stress effects and human error welding faults on the body minimized, impact and shock resistant,

• Robotic welding applied at chassis joint points to increase body strength and reduce stress effect, ensuring monoblock connection,

• Special design for full drainage preventing liquid retention in each compartment,

• Cleaning manhole for tank interior and each compartment if needed,

• Air gap safety against expansion and overflow compliant with EN 15120 standard.

Insulation

• Tank body covered with rock wool providing full thermal insulation maintaining product temperature and flowability for a long time,

• Insulation applied around the body to prevent sagging, sealed with batten and heat-resistant rubber, providing protection against environmental effects and aesthetic finish, front and rear insulation bulges.

Filling / Discharge Lines

Filling Line:

• Couplings for filling from right side or rear bottom according to driving direction or through manhole covers or closed circuit filling couplings from top.

Discharge Line:

• Compliant with EN 13094, located on the right according to driving direction, discharge pipe with slope to avoid liquid retention after discharge, free discharge to atmosphere,

• ISO 3834 certified welded discharge pipes connected to imported patented elbows by welding.
